Login Troubleshooting

• Open Microsoft Edge and select Menu (the 3-dots icon in the top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Site permissions > Cookies and site data.
• Turn on ‘Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)’ to unblock cookies.
• Turn on ‘Block third-party cookies’ or add desired sites in the ‘Block’ section to block the cookies.

• Click the Safari menu in the top toolbar.
• Choose Settings (called Preferences in older versions of Safari).
• Click the Privacy tab.
• Make sure ‘Block all cookies’ is not checked.

• At the top right of Chrome, click More and then Settings.
• Under Privacy and security, click Cookies and other site data.
• Select ‘Allow all cookies’.

• Click the Tools menu in the top toolbar.
• Choose Options.
• Click the Privacy tab.
• Under ‘History’, select ‘Use custom settings for history’ from the drop-down menu beside ‘Firefox will’.
• Make sure the check boxes for ‘Accept cookies from sites’ and ‘Accept third-party cookies’ are both checked.
• Click OK.

• Open the DuckDuckGo browser and go to the Availability Online login page.
• Click the lock icon to the left of the website address in the address bar.
• In the menu that appears, click ‘Cookies and site data’ (or a similar option) to view and manage the website’s cookies.
• Select the option to allow cookies for the login page, which will then save your preference.
